Dear Sainis,

Wish you and your family members a very Happy and prosperous Diwali & Bandi Chod Diwas

We have been part of Diwali & Bandi celebration from our childhood.

We understand that Diwali & Bandi Chod Diwas marks victory of good over evil. This festival reminds us to keep focus on our values, our principles and continue to do right things, however tough the situations may be.

I am sure all of us can draw some learning from this and use it in our personal as well as our professional lives.

As we go into the future, I wish we have the ability and courage to make wise decisions to face future challenges.

Safety is another aspect which I want each one of you to be conscious about.

While we take various initiatives to ensure Safety in the school, college or workplace, but it seems many of us forget Safety once we go out of the school, college or office premises.

Please also guide your family members towards safety.
I have one more request to make.

While celebrating Diwali, if your home have small kids or childrens, kindly do not leave them alone.

They need your assistance and supervision.
