Thanks for posting here but there are several inaccuracies in the information you have provided. There already is a lot of misleading info about Sainis spread by jealous vested interests and sometimes by Sainis themselves due to their own ignorance. Hence it is important that your post gets a proper response as it can mislead youngsters from the community.

1) You write : “saini is not a cast .those people lived in soorsaini kingdom called soorsaini and after some time saini.”

Response: You are only partly correct. Saini is not a caste but was historically a Rajput tribe (Jati in Hindi) which ruled Mathura and a  radius of 200 miles around it.  In fourfold Varna order, their Varna is “Kshatriya”. Their Kula is “Yadu Vansh” and Upkula is “Shoorsaini” (sept originating from Yaduvanshi king Maharaja Shoorsen, Lord Krishna’s grandfather). Whithin Shoorsaini lineage are over 100 Kshatriya sub clans such as Badwal, Tambar, Dhamrait, Pabla, Bhondi , Bhowra, Mangar, Thind, Salariya, Tirotia, Biloria , Khar Khatri, Andhaniya Khatri, Banga, Bhela, Indoriya Khatri,  Gahunia,  Banwait, etc.

Not everybody who lived in Shoorsaini kingdom was called Shoorsaini. The term was specifically used for the ruling dynasty of the area. This is apparent from Mahabharata and writings of Megesthenes, Fah-ien,etc  who visited the area over different times.

2) “one most importent thing.four type of sainiyou will found mali saini, gwala saini, kamboj saini, bhagirati saini .these four are trueley saini .”

Response: This is plain nonsense. Malis were just known as Malis before 1930. They switched their identity in 1930 and 1940 censuses to Saini to gain access to army jobs. Sainis were a designated martial class who were favored for military recruitment. Sainis of Punjab do not consider themselves linked with Mali caste and share nothing with them in terms of character, history and social standing. The so called “Kamboj Saini” is a completely separate caste called “Kamboh” in Punjab. They are are completely separate from Sainis, although both communities get along very well.

Punjabi Sainis also have no link with “Gola” or “Bhagrathi” Sainis/Malis/Baghbans of Western UP.  The commonality of name is purely coincidental and there is no social interaction between them or any past memory thereof. The accounts of origin of both communities are completely different. The Golas of UP call themselves “sagarvanshi”. There is no such account found in the Chaudhary Sainis of Punjab who are very clear about their origin from ruling Jadubansi clans of Mathura, and the period and reason for their migration to Punjab.

There is also another caste called “Barah-Saini” which again has no link with Yaduvanshi Sainis that are found in Punjab and neigboring region of Haryana. Just by the commonality of name, it should not be concluded that two separate communities are identical or of same origin.

Also, please note that the history of Saini community of Punjab was very well-remembered by our elders of Jalandhar and Bari Doabs. We came here about 1000 years ago as part of Rajput army  to fight Muhammad Ghazni. Our ancestry comes from the Yaduvanshi Rajput rulers of Delhi and Mathura . The proof of this can easily be verified by stuyding the Rajput community on the neighboring hills who have many same clan names and ABO blood frequencies as us. The accounts of our elders have been verified by noted anthropologists…so there is no room for confusion.

You are welcome post here but realize that we very well know who we are and who we are not.

Thanks
