A K Saini has taken over as deputy director general of the Northern Regional Office of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in Chandigarh. He will be monitoring the product and management certification activity of the bureau in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, parts of UP and Chandigarh. Gunned down gangster Sandip Duhre dodged murder plot years ago.This guy was sadly a Saini...there is nothing to be proud about this. He was a criminal. I did not know Sainis were running such a powerful criminal gang in B.C. Don't follow his example . There a better ways to become mighty and powerful. Duhre's example just shows that the community has its own good, bad and ugly.
